Instructions for Speakers
6 - 10 July 2026
Banff | Canada
Banff | Canada
Please note that the following instructions are for INVITED Speakers only (not for Data Blitz Talks).
All speaker sessions are scheduled for 90 minutes and include three speakers, along with a brief introduction by the session moderator. Each presentation should therefore be no longer than 25 minutes, including any time for questions and discussion.
Please note that this time limit will be strictly enforced to ensure a smooth schedule.
You are welcome to present from your own laptop. An HDMI connection will be available in all session rooms. If your device requires an adapter, please make sure to bring it with you.
As you prepare your talk, we would like to emphasize the interdisciplinary nature of the iNAV Symposium. Participants come from a wide range of backgrounds, including animal and human research as well as computational approaches.
We therefore encourage you to include a clear and accessible introduction and to tailor your presentation to a broad audience. Even though attendees share a strong interest in navigational mechanisms, please aim to keep your presentation clear, accessible, and focused on key ideas.
